Ab excercise, let see, back then i use to do like 25 sit up on my bed before i wake up, for me doing sit up on the bed is much better because the bed is bouncy and i have to focus alot more on the muscle in order for me to get up and do the next one. not counting my bed is cheap so there like a gap in the middle so is harder to get up. i dont know try it. i only did it for 2 weeks and i start to feel the changes so i stop. anyway crunches help too. but do it in diffence angle. welll that is all. if i sound bossy or anythign sorry , just a sugestion. since yall bore and got nothing to read.

No your not bossy, and thank you for the suggestion and for giving me something to read. I'll try it and well see what happens to me. Smile

You dont need to work on your abs. Dont they look fine already? Or at least thats what i thought.

PostSubject: Top 10 Most Effective Ab Exercises   Mon Jul 09, 2007 11:12 pm

This is where I find the information from http://exercise.about.com/od/abs/ss/abexercises.htm

1. Lie face up on the floor and lace your fingers behind your head.
2. Bring the knees in towards the chest and lift the shoulder blades off the ground without pulling on the neck.
3. Straight the left leg out to about a 45-degree angle while simultaneously turning the upper body to the right, bringing the left elbow towards the right knee.
4. Switch sides, bringing the right elbow towards the left knee.
5. Continue alternating sides in a 'pedaling' motion for 12-16 reps.

Here's something interesting to keep on your mind while going about your daily work. Wink It's seems rather simple too. And my mommy always told me to sit up straight too. Oh...how did I turn into such a sloucher? confused

Stand tall
When you're walking, stand tall and picture a cape flowing off your shoulders, Superman-style, to ensure your best posture. A taller posture will give you the appearance of being slimmer, while also training your abs to stay taut and firm. Another good trick is to think of your back as a wall and your gut as a piece of furniture pushed up against the wall to keep it from buckling.

Tune in to muscle
Maybe you've heard of "muscle memory": the way your body learns to do a physical activity (like riding a bike) and never forgets. Well, your abs have a memory, too. If you consciously keep your abs firm throughout the day, they'll tend to stay firm even when you're relaxed.

awww... everyone is so helpful. Thank you ninja and you know what.. i have a back problem. Im always hunched too, i guess i need to start working on that standing tall stuff.

otherwise yeah, if i keep it up maybe i will see improvements in about 2-3 weeks. I'll keep you posted on it.
